Who pays .... when someone slips on your premises ?

Unless you can prove that your staff regularly check for and remove spills and other hazards, the court will automatically find against you.

You will have failed to meet your 'Duty of Care' responsibility and you will pay.

CleanRecord provides your legal proof ...

Here's how it works:

Your shopping centre is divided up into manageable zones and electronic CheckPoints are fixed around these zones. The CheckPoints are strategically fixed so that all areas of the zones are visually checked by the cleaning staff.

As well as recording the CheckPoint visits electro- nically on a hand-held data recorder, cleaning staff also record the types of clean-ups performed.

At the end of the shift, the recorded visit data is downloaded to a computer for viewing, checking, printing and storage.

Data is stored on computer indefinitely for easy retrieval when a claim is received and it can be printed out for 3 year storage as required by law.

The graphical computer display (shown below) makes it quick and easy to visually check staff performance and quickly highlights any potential problems.

By ensuring that all zone areas are checked within the required time limits, CleanRecord helps you meet your legal 'Duty of Care' obligations and gives you a solid defence in court.

CleanRecord uses the tried and tested CheckPoint Guard Patrol System for collecting data.
